🥁 Order Fulfillment Process
1. Placing Your Order
After your purchase, you’ll receive Email #1 – Order Confirmation.
We begin processing your order once your payment is received.
Depending on the payment method, this may take up to 5 business days.
2. Order Processing
Each cymbal is handcrafted from titanium steel.
Production and preparation usually take 5–7 business days.
Once your order is sent to our shipping center, you’ll receive Email #2 – Order in Progress.
3. Shipping
We ship orders twice a week via DPD or FedEx.
After your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive Email #3 – Tracking Number, allowing you to follow your shipment.
4. Customs Clearance
About 99.9% of our shipments are international, and around two-thirds go to the USA.
All parcels go through customs clearance, which can extend delivery times.
Because our cymbals are made from titanium steel—a material also used in defense industries—customs procedures may require additional checks.
5. Delivery Time
Total delivery time (from payment to arrival) varies by destination and customs procedures.
Some stages are beyond our control, but we always monitor each shipment’s progress.

- Our workshop is run by just two people, who personally craft, finish, pack, and ship every cymbal.
- Due to the high volume of orders, responses to messages may take a bit longer.
- Every Kmicic cymbal is a unique, hand-forged instrument.
