1. Sponsor

The contest is organized and sponsored by Kmicic Cymbals (https://kmiciccymbals.com/).

2. Eligibility
This contest is open worldwide to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The contest is void where prohibited by local law.

3. Promotion Period
The contest begins on April 9, 2026, and ends on April 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CET). All entries must be submitted within this 14-day period.

  • Include a creative idea for a new cymbal name in the same comment.
    (Note: Sharing the post on personal Facebook timelines or Instagram Stories is strictly voluntary and does not increase the chances of winning, in accordance with Meta's promotional guidelines.)

5. Winner Selection (Skill-Based)
A jury appointed by the Sponsor will evaluate all eligible entries and select one (1) winner based on the following criteria:

  • Creativity and originality of the proposed cymbal name (70%).

  • Relevance to the Kmicic Cymbals brand identity (30%).
    No random drawings will be held, and multiple comments/tags will not provide "bonus entries".

6. Prize
The winner will receive the prize specified in the promotional post. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 7 days of the contest's conclusion. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, the jury will select an alternate winner based on the same judging criteria.
