Complaints and Returns
- In accordance with applicable consumer law, every available products in our store can be returned in 14 days from delivery.
- Special orders and custom products are NON-returnable. f.e. if you order a custom cymbal or ask us to make any changes as drilling additional holes for rivets etc.
- The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.
- Complaints regarding product defects should be reported to the email address: [office@kmiciccymbals.com], along with a description of the defect and accompanying photos.
- The store will process the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt and inform the customer of the resolution.
