Complaints and Returns

  1. In accordance with applicable consumer law, every available products in our store can be returned in 14 days from delivery.
  2. Special orders and custom products are NON-returnable. f.e. if you order a custom cymbal or ask us to make any changes as drilling additional holes for rivets etc.
  3. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.
  4. Complaints regarding product defects should be reported to the email address: [office@kmiciccymbals.com], along with a description of the defect and accompanying photos.
  5. The store will process the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt and inform the customer of the resolution.
